
We invite you to fill The JoNeF 2025 Questionnaire which aims to collect an overview of national information systems comprehending fungal data and to identify key institutions involved in fungal conservation across Europe. The Questionnaire is a part of IMPEL Joint Network for wild Fungi (JoNeF) Project and open to environmental authorities, research institutions, and fungal networks. The deadline is 20 May 2025.

A number of IMPEL project reports and guidance documents were officially adopted through a written procedure dated 20.03.2025. These reports not only summarize important findings and recommendations but also provide guidance for better implementation of EU Environmental Law. CAED Project actively participated in high-level ELD Training Workshops supported by EC and hosted by the Latvian State Environmental Service in Riga in 7-9 April 2025.

From March 26 to 28, 2025, the IMPEL Board conducted country visits to Finland, Estonia, and Latvia to strengthen cooperation, recognize outstanding participation, and support engagement in IMPEL projects.

We are pleased to announce that the next IMPEL Industry & Air Expert Team Meeting will take place on 22–23 October 2025 in Murcia, Spain. All members of the Industry & Air Expert Team are kindly asked to save the date and plan to attend.
