For the 12th time, the French Ministry of Sustainable Development and IMPEL are organising the seminar on “Lessons Learnt from Industrial Accidents”.
A variety of case studies of recent industrial accidents will be presented by inspectors where they will provide a technical description and the results of the root cause analysis carried out; the measures taken and the possible organisational, material or system failures. They also elaborate on the lessons learnt from the accidents and their own experience during or following the accident.
