Registration for the EU Environmental Enforcement Networks Conference launched

March 7, 2016

The first joint networks conference to improve environmental enforcement & compliance in Europe will take place on the 12th and 13th of May this year. Click here to go the conference website.

Internationally recognised guest speakers will present and lead break-out sessions in the magnificent surroundings of Utrecht’s world-famous Dome Church.

It is estimated that failure to fully implement environmental legislation costs the EU around €50 billion every year (European Commission, 2012). Furthermore, inconsistencies in application of sanctions across Europe must be addressed. The Conference will examine these issues through a series of in depth sessions, led by:

  • IMPEL
  • ENPE
  • EUFJE
  • EnvicrimeNET

Places are restricted to network members and their guests, so we would advise delegates to register their acceptance of the invitations by using the Invitations by using the registration form on the conference website. Registration starts from today and will close on April the 29th 2016. Support for travel and accommodation costs may also be available – please refer to the website if you are interested in finding out about this.
