The Themis Network Action Toolkit, now available for download from the Tools section, was launched during the EU Environmental Enforcement Networks Conference, held in Oxford, UK, on September 20 and 21, 2017, attended by three of the authors, Tsvetelina Filipova, Grant Pink and Rob de Rijck. The conference, provided an opportunity for the network to present its achievements and main outcomes to representatives of the international community gathered in Oxford. Participants included the Themis focal points, members of the Themis Network from the beneficiary countries, representatives of the European Commission, ministry officials from EU member states, as well as experts, police officers, inspectors, prosecutors and judges from the IMPEL, ENPE and EnviCrimeNet networks.
